Every issue of LateDrift starts with a letter. If you want to send us one, this page tells you how. For anything else — a refund on an order, a shipping question, a charge you cannot identify — you need the manufacturer of the product, not us.
This is the address we built LateDrift around. If you are a woman in the middle chapter and you want to write us about what is happening in your body, your kitchen, your bedroom, your afternoon — write. We read every letter Marguerite opens. We answer many of them, sometimes in private and sometimes on the record with your permission.

We cannot help with orders, shipping, billing, or refund processing for any product we have mentioned. Those questions need to go to the manufacturer, who has your order details:
Check the order confirmation email you received at purchase. Support contact details are included there and also on the manufacturer's official site.
If you have tried them in good faith and they are not responding, email [email protected] with your order number and we will help escalate.
If you are a journalist who wants to interview one of the hosts, a producer pitching a show collaboration, or a brand offering a product for us to consider, write to [email protected] with a clear subject line. We do not accept paid placements. We do not run sponsored letters. We do not accept free samples of anything other than books.

We reply to most letters that look like letters. We do not reply to mass emails, cold sales pitches, link-insertion requests, or guest-post offers — those go to a folder we never open. If you are writing to us about your own life, we will write back.
