Refund Policy

LateDrift publishes letters, episodes, and newsletter issues. We do not sell, ship, or process orders for any product. This page explains how refunds work for purchases made through our outbound links and who to contact.

The short versionGelatine Sculpt is backed by a sixty-day money-back guarantee from the manufacturer. Refund requests go directly to the manufacturer's customer support. LateDrift cannot process, approve, or decline a refund because no payment for any product ever passes through our domain.

01 Who handles the refund

When you click an outbound link on LateDrift to view or purchase Gelatine Sculpt, you are taken to the manufacturer's own secure checkout. Payment, shipping, customer data, and refunds are all handled by them. LateDrift earns an affiliate commission on qualifying purchases but never sees your card details, order data, or shipping address.

02 The sixty-day window

Gelatine Sculpt is backed by a sixty-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If within sixty days of your order you decide the product is not for you, you can request a full refund of the product price. The guarantee applies to full and empty bottles alike. Shipping fees, where charged, are typically not refundable unless the order was shipped in error.

03 How to request a refund

  1. Locate the order confirmation email you received from the manufacturer at the time of purchase. Keep the order number handy.
  2. Contact the manufacturer's customer support through the contact details provided in that email, or on their official website.
  3. State that you are requesting a refund under the sixty-day money-back guarantee and include your order number.
  4. Follow any return instructions they provide. Products are typically returned to a fulfilment centre in the United States.
  5. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank and payment processor — usually five to ten business days after the return is received.

04 What we can do

If you cannot reach the manufacturer or your request is not being acknowledged, email [email protected] with your order number and the date you first attempted contact. We can help escalate a stalled ticket. We cannot issue the refund ourselves.

05 What we cannot do

Avoid third partiesThe manufacturer's guarantee only applies to orders placed on the official checkout you reach through a link from LateDrift. Purchases from resellers on Amazon, eBay, or any unauthorised site are not covered.

06 Affiliate commissions

For transparency: when a customer requests a refund under the guarantee, LateDrift's commission on that order is clawed back by the manufacturer. We mention this so you know we have no financial incentive to discourage anyone from using the guarantee. If the product is not working for you, use it.
